The simplest way to do this would be to just bolt the wheel to it. An M12 socket head screw long enough to reach past the 12.35 c'bore in the arbor, paper between the screw head and stone, and between the stone and arbor. I mount grinding wheels to our I.D. spindle at work this way daily.
